Fall Cocktail Series (The Skinny S'more)

Guess what time it is?!! Woot Woot! My weekly fall cocktail series is back with a sweet treat for you!!

When I think of fall nights I think of cozy sweaters, a firepit and roasting S'MORES!  Tonight's cocktail is an adult version of the childhood treat!
I Hope You All Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Smirnoff Fluffed Marshmallow Flavored Vodka
Chocolate milk (I'm using 2% milk but you can easily use fat free chocolate milk)
Crushed Graham Crackers (I'm using cinnamon bc my kids eat those so they are in my pantry)
Light Chocolate Syrup
Marshmallows

Recipe:
Dip your martini glass rim in a plate of chocolate syrup followed by dipping it in on a plate of crushed graham crackers
Fill martini shaker with ice add in 1 (or 2) shots of the flavored vodka
add one cup of chocolate milk
Shake & Pour
Garnish with a marshmallow dipped in chocolate and Graham cracker crust

Happy Fall Y'ALL!

About four years ago, my parents packed up their home and moved from Marietta, Georgia to Amelia Island, which is about 30-40 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. They had no idea what to expect when it came to buying in a city that was completely new to them (they had only visited Jacksonville once - for two days!), so it was pretty stressful for them. Now, looking back, they could have done many things differently in order to make the process a lot easier for themselves, especially when it came to selling their home. But, since the selling process is so complex and stressful, a lot of people do it “wrong,” and they are just one of many, which is why I want to help. Here are a few tips for selling your home.
