You may remember back in February we bought a new fixer upper. Typically our homes don't take this long to renovate and sell but this baby was a doozy! We had to literally take the entire house down to the studs. This home needed a whole new plumbing and electrical system, HVAC and roof. We also needed one million and one permits and inspections every step of the way. The house was overgrown with trees and bushes, no driveway, and... well... plain old disgusting. NOT livable by any means and in the beginning we even shopped around the property to builders as a tear down. The lot is oversized and on a corner in a very desirable part of town. After a few nights of thinking it over and running the numbers we decided to go for it. It's a sold stucco home and we were ready to restore it back to a beautiful Florida property. Sorry some of the "before" pictures are shots straight off my camera! A lot of you dubbed this house the "house of horrors"
