I got to chat with the Idle Man!

A few weeks ago I got approached by The Idle Man to take part in their " Best of the Web " Series. ( A fun little interview of questions about myself, fashion, work and social media)  It was so much fun and today I got the news that it went live! Ooey Gooey Valentines Breakfast

Cinnamon Hearts: Valentines Day Breakfast Ingredients: -1 (13oz) Pillsbury Grands refrigerated "Cinnabon" Cinnamon Rolls with icing -Red and pink sprinkles  Instructions: - Preheat oven to 350 degrees -Spray a 9 inch round baking pan -Unwind the package of cinnamon Rolls (this gets messy) so that they are in five long strips -Taking one strip at a time wind from the ends and bring in for a heart shape.  Point the bottom. Arrange all five cinnamon hearts into your 9inch pan. -bake for 15 minutes (not the 25 recommended on the package) -let sit for five  minutes  -drizzle icing and sprinkles XOXO

What's for dinner? Low Carb Caprese Chicken

A family favorite! Sharing this quick and yummy recipe for baked Caprese Chicken. Ingredients: -olive oil -oregano -2 tomatoes (thickly sliced, about 4 slices a tomato) -Parmesan cheese -4 thin sliced chicken cutlets -5 ounces fresh mozzarella (sliced) -fresh basil chopped Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Grease a baking pan with some olive oil and foil line a baking sheet 3. Place the sliced tomatoes on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and oregano. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese 4. Place the chicken cutlets in the baking pan and season with oregano. (or salt and pepper) 5. Bake both in the oven.  (tomatoes should bake about 15 minutes and the chicken can bake about 25-30 minutes or to your desired taste) 6. Remove the chicken and place the sliced mozzarella on top.  Place back in the oven on Broil for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted. 7. Remove and place sliced tomato (about two slices per cutlet) on top o
