Our newest addition (Blue Rug Obsession)

Good Morning Friends!
Over break we added another BLU-tiful rug to the household.
In case you haven't noticed blue is kind of the running theme in this house (Our Coastal Craftsman) and I can't seem to get enough.  The kitchen needed a runner but I couldn't find one that was the exact length I wanted so instead I ordered a 3x5 rug.  This post contains affiliate links provided by Wayfair.

When you walk in my house you see the dining room rug (Link to buy dining room rug HERE ) and it has so many beautiful colors and keeps the room feeling light and bright.  The kitchen has a lot of light too but I didn't want something AS light just because I knew it would get a lot of traffic/ and or kitchen accidents.

I almost went with the blue family room rug because FOR REAL it is SO gorgeous and SO soft (Link to buy family room rug HERE ) but I knew I wanted to make sure I had some aqua and just different shades of blue really to play with in the kitchen)

So when I found this beauty I knew it was the one!

(Link to buy kitchen rug HERE)  It is the perfect rug to tie together the dining room and the family room.  Mission accomplished!
This is a super close up of the actual rug. You can see the darker blues and navy colors as well as the aqua!

Since I'm here on the computer I figured I would re-link up the bedroom gray jute rug HERE. This is the same rug that used to be in our family room at the old house.

As well as the resort aqua striped patio rug. (Purchase link HERE) Plus I just noticed this rug is actually on SALE right now!

4 Tips for Selling Your Home!

*Sponsored Post. Thank you to our talented guest blogger, Alex Berger, for sharing these 4 tips on selling your home!* Selling your home can be extremely stressful, but if you are in the beginning stages of the home selling process, I have a few tips for you! About four years ago, my parents packed up their home and moved from Marietta, Georgia to Amelia Island, which is about 30-40 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. They had no idea what to expect when it came to buying in a city that was completely new to them (they had only visited Jacksonville once - for two days!), so it was pretty stressful for them. Now, looking back, they could have done many things differently in order to make the process a lot easier for themselves, especially when it came to selling their home. But, since the selling process is so complex and stressful, a lot of people do it “wrong,” and they are just one of many, which is why I want to help. Here are a few tips for selling your home. Neutrals by BEHR Paint

I've been working on a project for the past two weeks and what always seems to be the most challenging part is choosing paint colors.  I have been wanting to find a nice neutral that isn't too "Gray" and isn't too "Beige" but not too white either. I personally like the look of white walls in pictures but in reality I'm not a huge fan.  Also, I like to see a contrast between painted walls and white trim.  Each time I look over on Pinterest for inspiration I find lots of suggestions for other paint brands..but I'm a BEHR girl :)  We spend so much time at Home Depot it just makes more sense for us.  That being said I decided to share with all of you my suggestions for finding the perfect "light Greige" by BEHR Paints!   To start off with here are three options that are lighter/cooler but will still show a nice contrast next to white. 1. Drizzle 2. Sterling 3. Halation These three options are als
