Take me to the beach.....

You all know my little family and I are basically beach bums!  I think my favorite place in the whole world is the beach..my favorite clothes are summer clothes and well we all know my two little minis are practically mermaids!
We are pumped because next month we all head down to Mexico and then in March we head down to the Bahamas on the Disney Cruise!!
With all these fun tropical destinations I thought I would get a jump start on my summer wardrobe refresh! Some of the items below I actually bought last summer and LOVE them so much I just bought more in different colors! (Like those sandals! Honestly! I stopped buying/wearing almost all my Tory Burch flip flops because these Ipanema flops are crazy comfy!)

Okay obvious beach staple...the fedora!
You can find mine here......

The perfect summer tote is my Longchamp!  These bags are waterproof and fold up super tiny which makes them the IDEAL beach tote when traveling on airplanes! Plus these bags are super stylish and great quality! (Just click the pic to see the different colors available)

I found this adorable OBEY sundress at my local Marshalls last week and when I looked online I found this cute polka dot version of it! Now I sorta want both!   OBEY sundresses are my favorite and I like to use them as swim coverups because they are so much cuter then your average boring coverup! This dress with your beach fedora and you can literally go from pool to beach bar effortlessly. For reference I always buy size M from them! (Also this price is pretty great!)

These sandals are the BEST sandals I have ever owned! I bought them in the Rose Gold last summer from Nordstrom for more than this price...so obviously today I just bought the black pair! (They are true to size!)

My favorite back swimsuit is from Jantzen.  I have a lot of trouble finding one piece suits that are sexy, supportive and fit right.  I was very excited to have found them on Amazon in different styles! This is the new one I bought for the trip! The back is super cute with a plunge and macrame! (For reference I bought a size 6 in this suit and usually wear a Medium or 6/8 in clothes)

Neutrals by BEHR Paint

I've been working on a project for the past two weeks and what always seems to be the most challenging part is choosing paint colors.  I have been wanting to find a nice neutral that isn't too "Gray" and isn't too "Beige" but not too white either. I personally like the look of white walls in pictures but in reality I'm not a huge fan.  Also, I like to see a contrast between painted walls and white trim.  Each time I look over on Pinterest for inspiration I find lots of suggestions for other paint brands..but I'm a BEHR girl :)  We spend so much time at Home Depot it just makes more sense for us.  That being said I decided to share with all of you my suggestions for finding the perfect "light Greige" by BEHR Paints!   To start off with here are three options that are lighter/cooler but will still show a nice contrast next to white. 1. Drizzle 2. Sterling 3. Halation These three options are als

4 Tips for Selling Your Home!

*Sponsored Post. Thank you to our talented guest blogger, Alex Berger, for sharing these 4 tips on selling your home!* Selling your home can be extremely stressful, but if you are in the beginning stages of the home selling process, I have a few tips for you! About four years ago, my parents packed up their home and moved from Marietta, Georgia to Amelia Island, which is about 30-40 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. They had no idea what to expect when it came to buying in a city that was completely new to them (they had only visited Jacksonville once - for two days!), so it was pretty stressful for them. Now, looking back, they could have done many things differently in order to make the process a lot easier for themselves, especially when it came to selling their home. But, since the selling process is so complex and stressful, a lot of people do it “wrong,” and they are just one of many, which is why I want to help. Here are a few tips for selling your home. Hopefully
