Area Rugs! {Details and Links to all mine and some on my Xmas List!}

Area Rugs always fit and last a longggg time! So who's ready to do some Christmas shopping for themselves!?
I am right in the beginning stages of a serious rug addiction problem..:) I totally blame the new house and all the hard floors. Haha!
 Anyways I have linked all my current area rugs AND some on my own Christmas list!

This is the rug we had in our family room at the old house and I'm loving it in our new master bedroom! You will not regret buying this rug if a Jute rug is what you've been looking for!

This rug is stunning!! The feel of it is super comfy under your feet (and I have it on hard ceramic tile!) The color and pattern is so rich! I highly recommend this rug and it may be my favorite rug purchase ever!!

You all know by now how much I love this rug! I started small by ordering one for our bathroom and I loved it so much when we moved I KNEW it had to be the dining room rug!

This gorgeous runner is on my Christmas list for the kitchen! What do you all think?! I like how it's yet another shade of blue!

Can you handle this rug?! I want this rug so badly for the play area up in the loft! Or possibly even in my little JoJo's room! All I know is I need it! Please and Thank you Santa!

This little beauty is on my wish list for the front porch! I love my aqua stripes in the lanai and I think the black will look perfect in the porch since our door and shutters are black!

*Sponsored Post. Thank you to our talented guest blogger, Alex Berger, for sharing these 4 tips on selling your home!* Selling your home can be extremely stressful, but if you are in the beginning stages of the home selling process, I have a few tips for you! About four years ago, my parents packed up their home and moved from Marietta, Georgia to Amelia Island, which is about 30-40 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. They had no idea what to expect when it came to buying in a city that was completely new to them (they had only visited Jacksonville once - for two days!), so it was pretty stressful for them. Now, looking back, they could have done many things differently in order to make the process a lot easier for themselves, especially when it came to selling their home. But, since the selling process is so complex and stressful, a lot of people do it “wrong,” and they are just one of many, which is why I want to help. Here are a few tips for selling your home. Hopefully...

Our new two-tone kitchen!

*Disclaimer- This post is sponsored by The Home Depot.  All opinions are my own. Thank you to The Home Depot for sponsoring this post! Post contains affiliate links.* It's finished!! I know you all have been waiting patiently for me to show pictures of this project! I tried to keep things, for the most part, underwraps because we all love a good BEFORE and AFTER! Am I right?! Talk about your mood board becoming a reality!! I am in LOVE with this kitchen. With the help of the Home Depot's mobile app product locator I was able to make sure all the items I wanted were in stock before purchasing.  Plus I was able to read the product reviews and get all the information I needed quickly!  Before I share any more looks at the new kitchen let's take a glance at it before the project got started.   Also just for some extra fun let's throw in what the kitchen looked like 5 years ago when we bought the house!   I'm pretty sure I have never shared these pictures ...
