Family Room Refresh (Coastal Chic)


After giving the back patio a nice affordable "refresh" I decided I wanted to do the same for our family room.  Now you probably already know we just bought our IKEA Kivik sectional last spring so I am not talking about new furniture just some accent pieces, rug and possibly a new coffee table! 
I've partnered with Wayfair as an affiliate and have found all the goodies I was looking to give me the "coastal chic" vibe I was planning.  
I had already purchased some new spring/summer pillow covers from HM Home so I made sure to not even look at throw pillows because I knew I would obviously fall in love with them all! (#pillowobsessed )  I have been on the hunt for a new area rug and I'm excited to see how this chunky gray jute one looks! (It gets here Thursday!!)  I have had a natural colored jute rug in the family room for years so it's going to be a nice change!

Our new two-tone kitchen!
