Dining Al Fresco...

I am sooo excited to finally share that the new patio dining set is (all) here and I love it!  I found this set about a month ago and shared it with you all but couldn't really vouch for quality till now. This post contains affiliate links.

Last week you probably saw how all my chairs got delivered and how PUMPED I was that each chair came fully assembled! YES! I said fully assembled.  If you have assembled or have read reviews on assembling the wicker outdoor furniture then you understand what a big deal this is!   However a shipping mistake happened and I received extra chairs and no table.  However I immediately called customer service and they were awesome and rush ordered the new table and I got to keep the extra chairs.

So now I can officially say this dining set gets my stamp of approval!

I looked around for a while trying to find a 6 person dining set (brown wicker AND glass top AND cushions)  that was under $1000.  Well, it was hard...and when I thought I found something peoples reviews literally scared me out of it.  I was looking for sturdy large wicker chairs with arms, which is hard to find.  A lot of sets come with two arm chairs and then the rest are simple dining chairs.  We spend a lot of time outside and I for one always have my legs up on the chair with me so I wanted chairs that all had arms.  Now I am not saying this set is going to last me the next thirty years but it's good quality and I would definitely buy it again.  Plus as always with Wayfair FREE shipping!

If you get this dining set TAG me on Instagram and Facebook! I would love to see!!

4 Tips for Selling Your Home!

*Sponsored Post. Thank you to our talented guest blogger, Alex Berger, for sharing these 4 tips on selling your home!* Selling your home can be extremely stressful, but if you are in the beginning stages of the home selling process, I have a few tips for you! About four years ago, my parents packed up their home and moved from Marietta, Georgia to Amelia Island, which is about 30-40 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. They had no idea what to expect when it came to buying in a city that was completely new to them (they had only visited Jacksonville once - for two days!), so it was pretty stressful for them. Now, looking back, they could have done many things differently in order to make the process a lot easier for themselves, especially when it came to selling their home. But, since the selling process is so complex and stressful, a lot of people do it “wrong,” and they are just one of many, which is why I want to help. Here are a few tips for selling your home. Hopefully...

With the holidays approaching, I figured that this post was very timely.  I'm sure alot of you are currently stressing out about preparing your home for holiday guests and some of you might not know where to start.  Well, let me help you out. If you are struggling, keep reading because here are 5 ways to prepare your home for holiday guests. * Special thanks to my guest blogger Alex Berger for writing up this holiday blog post* 1. Stock The Pantry First of all, take note of who is comming.  Do you know thier likes and dislikes? If so, go ahead and stock the pantry and fridge with the things they prefer.  If you do not know what they enjoy, go ahead and ask them.  The reason that I always love to stock the pantry before my guests arrive is for a few reasons- 1) Having food in the house saves you from having the awkward "what are we going to eat" talk. 2) Having things...
