Modern/Coastal/Chic is my love language

It's no secret I'm having so much fun with my new "Modern/Coastal/Chic" love affair! I have so many ideas for this house but unfortunately my budget only allows for one room at a time.  I have been trying to focus mainly on the living room/kitchen combo since that is where we spend most our time.  However I'm constantly getting inspo for all the rooms in the house! Lucky for you I have been searching for all the best deals and hunting down the perfect accent pieces! I found that Joss and Main has a TON of great pieces at very affordable prices! Today I've gathered up six items that are all either under or right around $100!!! CA-razy! If you see something you've been eyeing be sure to grab it because Joss and Main sells out quick!! I am totally swooning over that mirror and need it in my life!! (This post contains affiliate links)

This casual throw also comes in a light gray color!

Yes! Yes! and Yes! I have literally been looking for a rattan table that isn't as large as my Target one for next to my ghost chair in the living room! Plus this price!!

Rattan Bench  $115
I love how this bench is narrow so for all of us that don't have a ton of space in front of the bed its the perfect size!

Love at first sight right?! I really see this rug in my laundry room but thought it would be super cute as a sink rug too!

Table Lamp  $42
This chunky wood baluster-like goodness is such a great price it kind of makes me want to buy two for the master bedroom.

No words. (Insert ALL the heart eyes!)

About four years ago, my parents packed up their home and moved from Marietta, Georgia to Amelia Island, which is about 30-40 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. They had no idea what to expect when it came to buying in a city that was completely new to them (they had only visited Jacksonville once - for two days!), so it was pretty stressful for them. Now, looking back, they could have done many things differently in order to make the process a lot easier for themselves, especially when it came to selling their home. But, since the selling process is so complex and stressful, a lot of people do it “wrong,” and they are just one of many, which is why I want to help. Here are a few tips for selling your home. Hopefully...

*Disclaimer- This post is sponsored by The Home Depot.  All opinions are my own. Thank you to The Home Depot for sponsoring this post! Post contains affiliate links.* It's finished!! I know you all have been waiting patiently for me to show pictures of this project! I tried to keep things, for the most part, underwraps because we all love a good BEFORE and AFTER! Am I right?! Talk about your mood board becoming a reality!! I am in LOVE with this kitchen. With the help of the Home Depot's mobile app product locator I was able to make sure all the items I wanted were in stock before purchasing.  Plus I was able to read the product reviews and get all the information I needed quickly!  Before I share any more looks at the new kitchen let's take a glance at it before the project got started.   Also just for some extra fun let's throw in what the kitchen looked like 5 years ago when we bought the house!   I'm pretty sure I have never shared these pictures ...
