Kitchen & Dining lighting {SunnyChicCraftsman}

Happy Sunday! As promised here is the blog post linking my kitchen and dining light fixtures over at the new house!  I spent months searching and reading reviews looking for these two very specific fixtures! Not to mention these prices are unbeatable!!  (This post contains affiliate links)

This gorgeous natural beaded chandelier by Sonoma is a SHOWSTOPPER! Pictures honestly don't even do it justice! Plus it's HUGE! It does take about 20-25 minutes to put together but totally worth it! (You also get extra strands of beads)  I'm using 40 watt bulbs in my dining room and it's perfect! I could not be happier with this purchase. The quality and size is remarkable considering these beaded chandys can easily run between $400-$1000.  This one is a STEAL at only $245!!! Now onto the kitchen orbs!! I was so torn between large handing lanterns or orbs above the counter bar and ultimately I went with the orbs.  I have always wanted orbs and I definitely made the right choice! These just make me smile from ear to ear when I walk into the kitchen.  Each orb comes with a ton of crystals! I actually only have 9 on each fixture because I feel like that is all the bling I need but hey it's always good to have extra bling right! These are in a finish called "Antique Black" which is basically black with a few strokes of a bronzy color in some areas.  I wanted a very specific orb (meaning I wanted the sphere of it a certain design including the thickness and I wanted crystals AND I needed them to be under $150)  Most spheres that look more expensive ARE....well these are only $113 an orb!!!! I KNOW! This deal is crazy! You can purchase these by clicking the blue link below!

So there you have it friends! Kitchen and dining light fixtures that I can say are BEAUTIFUL and wonderful quality with awesome prices!! Also if you spotted my sink and faucet...OMG the husband picked that out and I think I just about fainted! It's CRAZY awesome and totally deserves it's own blog post! Ha!

Okay have a great night friends!! This week I'll be getting the house ready for furniture!! (We have a few new pieces being delivered Thursday!! )

XOXO

4 Tips for Selling Your Home!

*Sponsored Post. Thank you to our talented guest blogger, Alex Berger, for sharing these 4 tips on selling your home!* Selling your home can be extremely stressful, but if you are in the beginning stages of the home selling process, I have a few tips for you! About four years ago, my parents packed up their home and moved from Marietta, Georgia to Amelia Island, which is about 30-40 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. They had no idea what to expect when it came to buying in a city that was completely new to them (they had only visited Jacksonville once - for two days!), so it was pretty stressful for them. Now, looking back, they could have done many things differently in order to make the process a lot easier for themselves, especially when it came to selling their home. But, since the selling process is so complex and stressful, a lot of people do it “wrong,” and they are just one of many, which is why I want to help. Here are a few tips for selling your home. Hopefully

Neutrals by BEHR Paint

I've been working on a project for the past two weeks and what always seems to be the most challenging part is choosing paint colors.  I have been wanting to find a nice neutral that isn't too "Gray" and isn't too "Beige" but not too white either. I personally like the look of white walls in pictures but in reality I'm not a huge fan.  Also, I like to see a contrast between painted walls and white trim.  Each time I look over on Pinterest for inspiration I find lots of suggestions for other paint brands..but I'm a BEHR girl :)  We spend so much time at Home Depot it just makes more sense for us.  That being said I decided to share with all of you my suggestions for finding the perfect "light Greige" by BEHR Paints!   To start off with here are three options that are lighter/cooler but will still show a nice contrast next to white. 1. Drizzle 2. Sterling 3. Halation These three options are als
