Starting off the new year like a lot of other people, my husband and I are trying to eat a little healthier. I for one am not a huge fan of chicken..unless its from Chick-fil-A or Cracker Barrel haha! So this week I have been trying out numerous (quick and easy) chicken recipes. So far this one from tonight has been my favorite! It was SO full of flavor!
It's quick, easy and literally has 4 ingredients!
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1 package Italian dressing dry mix
-1/2 TSP garlic powder
-4 to 6 boneless skinless thawed chicken breasts
Instructions:
1. Preheat over to 400 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray
2. In one dish mix the dry Italian dressing mix with the garlic powder. In another dish dump the Parmesan cheese.
3. Dip the chicken breasts in the cheese to coat and then place in the seasoning dish to coat.
4. Place on cookie sheet and cook 10/12 minutes each side. (20-24 minutes total) or until golden brown and at least 165 degrees F.
How easy was that!?! Enjoy with your favorite vegetable sides!
