The FULL fixer upper reveal! Our biggest renovation to date!

You may remember back in February we bought a new fixer upper.  Typically our homes don't take this long to renovate and sell but this baby was a doozy!  We had to literally take the entire house down to the studs.  This home needed a whole new plumbing and electrical system, HVAC and roof.  We also needed one million and one permits and inspections every step of the way.  The house was overgrown with trees and bushes, no driveway, and... well... plain old disgusting.  NOT livable by any means and in the beginning we even shopped around the property to builders as a tear down.  The lot is oversized and on a corner in a very desirable part of town.  After a few nights of thinking it over and running the numbers we decided to go for it.  It's a sold stucco home and we were ready to restore it back to a beautiful Florida property.

Sorry some of the "before" pictures are shots straight off my camera!  A lot of you dubbed this house the "house of horrors" when I would share on my IG account. HA!  It was definitely pretty scary.

I will try to list as many of the materials and products used below...after all the pictures.  The number one stunner of this home (in my opinion) has to be the beautiful wood tile I found at Floor&Decor.  It looks SO much like wood and is a little more a sq foot than we typically spend but totally worth it.

After A LOT of work, headaches, sleepless nights, money, time and patience.....here are the "After" pics. :)

4 Tips for Selling Your Home!

*Sponsored Post. Thank you to our talented guest blogger, Alex Berger, for sharing these 4 tips on selling your home!* Selling your home can be extremely stressful, but if you are in the beginning stages of the home selling process, I have a few tips for you! About four years ago, my parents packed up their home and moved from Marietta, Georgia to Amelia Island, which is about 30-40 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. They had no idea what to expect when it came to buying in a city that was completely new to them (they had only visited Jacksonville once - for two days!), so it was pretty stressful for them. Now, looking back, they could have done many things differently in order to make the process a lot easier for themselves, especially when it came to selling their home. But, since the selling process is so complex and stressful, a lot of people do it “wrong,” and they are just one of many, which is why I want to help. Here are a few tips for selling your home. Hopefully

Neutrals by BEHR Paint

I've been working on a project for the past two weeks and what always seems to be the most challenging part is choosing paint colors.  I have been wanting to find a nice neutral that isn't too "Gray" and isn't too "Beige" but not too white either. I personally like the look of white walls in pictures but in reality I'm not a huge fan.  Also, I like to see a contrast between painted walls and white trim.  Each time I look over on Pinterest for inspiration I find lots of suggestions for other paint brands..but I'm a BEHR girl :)  We spend so much time at Home Depot it just makes more sense for us.  That being said I decided to share with all of you my suggestions for finding the perfect "light Greige" by BEHR Paints!   To start off with here are three options that are lighter/cooler but will still show a nice contrast next to white. 1. Drizzle 2. Sterling 3. Halation These three options are als
