This years theme couldn't be more perfect...
Treetopia's Merry CHIC-Mas!

Treetopia wants to help you add some sparkle to your holidays by celebrating a glitz and glam Christmas with the Treetopia bloggers!

I am kicking off the season with a very Merry CHIC-Mas themed master bedroom! Make sure to check out the four other fabulous bloggers this week!

You all know by now I love me some Christmas spirit in the bedroom and in our new home the master is light and bright so I wanted to continue that in the holiday decor.

I chose to use the GORGeous Treetopia 7' prelit Tinkerbell Silver Christmas Tree. The silvery tinsel tips add such a magical touch and the width of 47" make the tree such a great piece and perfect CHIC-mas addition to any room.

(You can also check out all the dazzling silver trees Treetopia offers by clicking HERE.)

I knew the silver sparkles of this chic tree would compliment my bedroom design perfectly! This tree is a stunner!! I was honestly blown away by how beautiful this tree is in person.
I wanted to keep the ornaments and theme of the tree "coastal chic" like the room itself.

I decided to use this beautiful Metallic Medley Ornament Set.
You get 50 blown glass ornaments in a mix of matte and shiny finishes.
Simply timeless beauty on any Christmas tree.

I also decided to use the First Frost Iridescent Christmas Ornament Set.
I LOVE these! Just look at how magical these ornaments are! Like beautiful glistening ice crystals on your tree.  These are also blown glass and each set contains 12 ornaments.

To add to the CHIC-Mas factor I used my metallic ornament garland from previous years and displayed it on the dresser.  To tie in the blue I placed some colored ornaments within the garland.

On the nightstand I also kept the decor metallic and blue.  I found some silver styrofoam balls and added them to the bottom of my hurricane candle holder.

I wanted something CHIC as the topper so I used the glitter garland from the tree and cut some of it so I could have it spraying upward from the top.  I have always used large bows as the toppers on my trees so this was a fun alternative.

I found this rattan tree collar last week and although I LOVE it I never like to see electrical outlets.  An easy and simple trick to hide those tedious cords and outlet is to wrap up some boxes like gifts!!   ( I actually used the boxes from the ornaments) in fun wrapping paper!

This tree is even more dreamy in the evening! The glow is gorgeous and even with the tree being in front of a window during the day, you can not see through it!  Such great quality and very full!

Well I hope my Very Merry Chic-Mas Christmas has given you some decorating ideas for this Holiday Season!  Make sure to check out Treetopia for all these gorgeous items plus many more!

*I received these Treetopia products complimentary as part of my collaboration with them for the 2017 Christmas Blog Hop.*

Neutrals by BEHR Paint

I've been working on a project for the past two weeks and what always seems to be the most challenging part is choosing paint colors.  I have been wanting to find a nice neutral that isn't too "Gray" and isn't too "Beige" but not too white either. I personally like the look of white walls in pictures but in reality I'm not a huge fan.  Also, I like to see a contrast between painted walls and white trim.  Each time I look over on Pinterest for inspiration I find lots of suggestions for other paint brands..but I'm a BEHR girl :)  We spend so much time at Home Depot it just makes more sense for us.  That being said I decided to share with all of you my suggestions for finding the perfect "light Greige" by BEHR Paints!   To start off with here are three options that are lighter/cooler but will still show a nice contrast next to white. 1. Drizzle 2. Sterling 3. Halation These three options are als

4 Tips for Selling Your Home!

*Sponsored Post. Thank you to our talented guest blogger, Alex Berger, for sharing these 4 tips on selling your home!* Selling your home can be extremely stressful, but if you are in the beginning stages of the home selling process, I have a few tips for you! About four years ago, my parents packed up their home and moved from Marietta, Georgia to Amelia Island, which is about 30-40 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. They had no idea what to expect when it came to buying in a city that was completely new to them (they had only visited Jacksonville once - for two days!), so it was pretty stressful for them. Now, looking back, they could have done many things differently in order to make the process a lot easier for themselves, especially when it came to selling their home. But, since the selling process is so complex and stressful, a lot of people do it “wrong,” and they are just one of many, which is why I want to help. Here are a few tips for selling your home. Hopefully
