The easiest breakfast smoothie everrr!

Each morning after walking our daughter to school we come back home and I blend up one of these quick and delicious smoothies for my husband and I.  We have probably been making these for a year straight. You literally do not get sick of them and it fills you up for hours! Plus it's a great way to get in some spinach and berries (especially since those aren't things my husband would choose to snack on regularly!)

Ingredients:
-Rasberries
-Blueberries
-Peanut Butter
-Whey Protein Powder (I use chocolate)
-Almond Milk ...I also every two weeks switch and buy Coconut Milk
-Ice
-Water
-Spinach

There is really no "recipe" for this. What I do makes two (around 12oz) glasses
I start by adding a little ice and a little (very little) amount of water
Two handfuls of spinach
Handful of rasberries
Handful of blueberries
Two scoops protein powder
Two scoops peanut butter
Fill up half the blender with the milk

That's all! It's super quick, no prepping of fruits and is so good you guys! I have switched it up every once in awhile with a different fruit but this is our favorite mix and honestly berries are so good for you (and low carb) that it's hard to beat!

Let me know if you try it!

XOXO

4 Tips for Selling Your Home!

*Sponsored Post. Thank you to our talented guest blogger, Alex Berger, for sharing these 4 tips on selling your home!* Selling your home can be extremely stressful, but if you are in the beginning stages of the home selling process, I have a few tips for you! About four years ago, my parents packed up their home and moved from Marietta, Georgia to Amelia Island, which is about 30-40 minutes from the Jacksonville airport. They had no idea what to expect when it came to buying in a city that was completely new to them (they had only visited Jacksonville once - for two days!), so it was pretty stressful for them. Now, looking back, they could have done many things differently in order to make the process a lot easier for themselves, especially when it came to selling their home. But, since the selling process is so complex and stressful, a lot of people do it “wrong,” and they are just one of many, which is why I want to help. Here are a few tips for selling your home. Hopefully...

*Disclaimer- This post is sponsored by The Home Depot.  All opinions are my own. Thank you to The Home Depot for sponsoring this post! Post contains affiliate links.* It's finished!! I know you all have been waiting patiently for me to show pictures of this project! I tried to keep things, for the most part, underwraps because we all love a good BEFORE and AFTER! Am I right?! Talk about your mood board becoming a reality!! I am in LOVE with this kitchen. With the help of the Home Depot's mobile app product locator I was able to make sure all the items I wanted were in stock before purchasing.  Plus I was able to read the product reviews and get all the information I needed quickly!  Before I share any more looks at the new kitchen let's take a glance at it before the project got started.   Also just for some extra fun let's throw in what the kitchen looked like 5 years ago when we bought the house!   I'm pretty sure I have never shared these pictures ...
